David is the creator of the Alaskan webcomic Cabin Fever, author and illustrator of several books, and the mind behind Curmudgeon County Collectables. Growing up in Alaska he discovered early in life the joys of exploring the outdoors under the northern lights and the midnight sun. He also discovered mosquitoes, bears, sunburn and Bigfoot……okay, Bigfoot’s debatable. While recovering from the joys of the outdoors he happened upon his favorite pastimes, drawing and daydreaming! He is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, a closet musician, and a big fan of pizza!

Here’s a sneak peak at our upcoming story book about that crazy beast, the elusive Alaskan monster, the Snooglie Booglie! Stories abound about this wild fiend that stalks the snow covered streets and cloaks himself in the shadows of the trees. The missing Demure family of the 1960’s, poor little Bobby Pinkus of 1993, Sally and Shane the fancy campers up from Maine, Crazy Lou and his dog Sloppy Stew and the bloody rocks along One Mile Slough. The tales of the Snooglie Booglie could fill a whole library, but we’ll start here, with this itty-bitty story! In print the for the first time!
