David is the creator of the Alaskan webcomic Cabin Fever, author and illustrator of several books, and the mind behind Curmudgeon County Collectables.
Growing up in Alaska he discovered early in life the joys of exploring the outdoors under the northern lights and the midnight sun. He also discovered mosquitoes, bears, sunburn and Bigfoot……okay, Bigfoot’s debatable. While recovering from the joys of the outdoors he happened upon his favorite pastimes, drawing and daydreaming!
He is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, a closet musician, and a big fan of pizza!
A little WIP for this week’s Pipsqueak! I enjoy doing a little black and white version first, then a few lines for a short story and finally some color. Check back tomorrow to see the final version! 🥳
It’s official, our new Alaskan mystery, The Mudsuckle Ritual, is available now! Head over to our “books” page to learn more or click here to find it on amazon!
Welcome to this week’s Pipsqueak! I’m sure many of you are familiar with the phrase, “Death becomes me.” Here we see a small twist on that concept. A statement that of course can be taken two ways. Either the speaker is turning into a misanthrope or that misanthropy looks good upon them. Until next time, have a wonderful weekend!
